Return Policy
At PHAT Co., we've got your back with a 2-day return policy.
Not happy with your order? If your package looks tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please refuse it and hand it back to the delivery person. Shoot us an email at support@phatco.in with your Order ID, and we'll take care of it.
We'll make sure you get a shiny new replacement at no extra cost. If the product just isn't for you, log in to your account (or create one with the same email you used to place the order) and choose the Return/Exchange option. We'll arrange a doorstep pickup.
Here are a few important notes:
- Record an unboxing video to help us assist you if there's an issue like a damaged, missing, or wrong product. - If returning an order, include any free gifts received. - For any deals during an offer period, all the items must be returned if you wish to return any part of the order. - If you miss the pickup, you'll need to self-ship the product. - Return requests must be made through your account. We won’t accept returns via email, social media, or phone.
For partial order returns, refunds are calculated based on the discounts applied to the remaining items. If you can't return the shipment within 48 hours of your request, you'll receive a credit note instead of a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive the product back at our office. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@phatco.in
Exceptions:
- Products showing physical damage. - Return/exchange requests made after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. - Custom-made products. - Special offers like Buy 1 Get 1 or Buy 2 Get 2 free require the entire order to be returned for a refund or exchange.
